Fine Scale Miniatures Jewel Series #2 "Bailey's Produce"
This was the second in the Jewel Series kits produced by George Selios' Fine Scale Miniatures. The lower half of the structure is stucco, the upper, shingles. The kit was reconfigured slightly, with the covered loading dock now at the rear of the building. Gable returns, fascias and soffits were added the fancy up the design a bit.

Some windows and doors were relocated to make a little more architectural sense than in the original kit.

The loading doors slide open and closed. There is full lighting in two circuits: 12 volt interior and 1.5 volt exterior lamps in tiny shades.

A new front entrance was fabricated, complete with wrought iron railings.

Some details of the overall diorama remain to be completed, such as outbuildings and fences. Note the poured cement parking area, plethora of weeds and the vines climbing the sides of the building.
